The location was very central, just off the night market, and the establishment. Plus, it was about 5 minutes' drive to a centuries-old outdoor market. Had good sleep at the double room with very comfortable beds.

The room was not properly cleaned upon our arrival, with stains on the carpet and mold in the shower. It was unacceptable that the staff charged extra for an early check-in despite having available rooms, and they dismissed my requests for assistance. This level of service is unacceptable.

My stay was pleasant, especially with the spacious suite and cozy bedding. The staff was very attentive and the easy taxi bookings from the lobby made my travels much smoother. Had a lovely stay where the comfortable bed and the weighing scale in the wardrobe really impressed me. I loved relaxing by the gorgeous rooftop pool and enjoyed the full body massage that melted my stress away. Just a heads up, the bathroom could use a little more attention, but overall it was a great experience! 😊
